Features of Film Coating Laminating Machine
1. PLC control: so the film processing machine is precise, sensitive, easy to operate and has a strong anti-interference ability;
2. Several kinds of coating methods: comma scraper coating, metering roller, veins roller and air-knife coating etc.
3. Drying parts: independent sectional constant temperature drying system is adopted in the coating laminating machine, so each temperature zone can realize auto temperature control and is equipped with adjustable intake and exhaust system.
4. Guide roll inside the drying oven: Double slide installation; synchro-drive with the main motor.
5. Drying oven: open the door from both sides; or open by cylinder pushing system;
6. The coating laminating machine can automatically counting, adjusting the coating equipment speed and failure warning etc.
7. Rewinder and unwinder of the coating laminating machine: Turning type for two-working-position; Hydraulic lifting type for single-working-position.
