1. AC VF stepless speed control system is employed, so the front traction, coating and winding etc. can be controlled synchronically.
2. PLC control: The coating equipment is easy to operate, sensitive and has anti-interference function.
3. Veins roller measuring coating: uniformly gluing;
4. The drying part can be heated through IR heating or hot air cycling heating;
5. Movable double shaft, backpressure type scraper and 3D scraper adjustment enable the machine effectively control the scraper angle and pressure;
6. The drying oven can be opened from two sides or opened by air cylinder device.
7. Our lithium metal foil coating machine has the function of auto-counting, auto-speed adjusting, alarming and film-breaking detecting etc.
8. Similar to other packaging machine and printing machines, lithium metal foil coating machine equipped with two-working-position and single-working-position rewinding and unwinding.
