Features of Plastic Sheet Extruder
1. Component of the plastic extrusion machine: Extruding machine , three-roller calendar , traction rewinder and electric
control box etc .;
2. High quality material: The screw, material barrel, screen change etc. are all made of high quality alloy steel (38CRMOA1A); so the plastic sheet extruder has high strength, good corrosion resistance and longer service life;
4. Die heads: hanger type branch-pipe decreasing type extrusion dies, so the materials are easy to pass the flow passage and there is no stagnation.
5. The calendar is equipped with helical reciprocating type water tank; water cycling cooling system is also employed;
6. Independent temperature control of die head, screen changer, metering pump and material barrel etc.;
7. All drive systems runs synchronously.
